Perstorp expands with OQ Chemicals Nederland acquisition
Perstorp, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad, has acquired 100 per cent of OQ Chemicals Nederland BV from OQ Chemicals GmbH.
This gives Sweden-based Perstorp full ownership of the Dutch company’s production assets, technology, and staff.
CEO Ib Jensen stated the move aligns with Perstorp’s growth strategy and focus on specialty chemicals and sustainability.
