The World Bank has approved $1.16 billion financing for Bangladesh to enhance health services, water and sanitation, and support climate-resilient development.
The funding includes $500 million for green development reforms, $379 million for health improvements in Sylhet and Chattogram, and $280 million for Chattogram’s water supply upgrade.
